At VALVRA™, we pride ourselves on crafting refined smartwear designed to elevate the everyday. Each timepiece is carefully curated through a network of verified international suppliers, bringing our customers the ideal balance of performance, design, and value.
This policy guide outlines everything you need to know regarding your purchase, including shipping timelines, warranty support, and eligibility for returns or replacements.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time:
Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing. Once your order is confirmed, our fulfilment team ensures each item is carefully packaged for safe delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Standard delivery typically occurs within 7–18 business days, depending on your location. Slight delays may occur during peak periods or due to global logistics disruptions. We appreciate your patience.
Tracking:
All orders include tracked shipping. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once dispatch is confirmed.
Note: Multiple-item orders may arrive in separate parcels depending on fulfilment source.
🧾 Product Quality & Expectations
Each VALVRA™ timepiece is curated from quality global materials and thoroughly inspected by our suppliers before shipment. As a result of international logistics, packaging or branding may vary. The absence of branded packaging does not affect the product's quality or functionality.
We do not advertise materials or internal components beyond their general classification. If a product does not explicitly state a feature or function, please assume it is not included.
🛡 Warranty Coverage
All VALVRA™ watches include a limited 12-month functional warranty from the date of delivery. This covers:

Battery failure within 12 months

Charging port malfunction

Display defects not caused by impact or water damage

Internal software errors (e.g. time-sync failure)
This warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic damage or wear and tear

Damage due to water, impact, or misuse

Lost, stolen, or tampered items

Compatibility with third-party apps or accessories
To request a warranty assessment, please contact support with photo/video evidence.
🔁 Refund & Return Policy
VALVRA™ operates under a strict all-sales-final policy, with the following exceptions:

Damaged on Arrival: Photo proof must be provided within 72 hours of delivery.

Wrong Item Received: Must be reported within 5 business days.

Non-Functioning Item: Eligible under our 12-month functional warranty.
We do not accept returns based on change of mind, mistaken feature expectations, or packaging style. Due to the nature of global fulfilment and hygiene standards, opened smartwatches cannot be restocked.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If your item qualifies under warranty, a replacement unit will be shipped.
❌ Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order is automatically processed and cannot be intercepted.
📦 Returns Process
Approved return requests will be issued a return address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the fault lies with VALVRA™ or our fulfilment partners.
Unapproved returns will not be processed.
